FAQ

Do I need a specific prior certification?

No. Many participants hold project or program credentials, but it isn’t required. What matters most is your willingness to practice leadership on real work.

Are the optional peer Saturdays required?

No, but they strongly accelerate your progress on assignments and capstone work. They are guided by prompts we provide and often include cohort Q&A.

When will April–June dates be announced?

We release the detailed calendar to the cohort by late March so that coaching and presentation blocks align with participant schedules.

What if I miss a core session?

We provide summaries and make‑up guidance. Core content is sequential, so you’ll have structured catch‑up paths.
